You are probably right Reed, I just picked up my guitar ran through
the song (which I don't usually play) and gave a rough guide so the dude
would get the essence of the thing and hopefully put his own stamp on
it.
I've always thought that the only right chords are the ones that come
from inside.
I wouldn't necessarily play those changes but they fit.
