I've read much about altissimo these last days here or in a NG, and some
people talked marvels about the book "Top Tones for the Saxophone". So,
I'll try to get it.
As I live in Spain, it may be difficult for me to get a foreing book, so
I should have all the information available in orther to give it to my
bookseller so he can find it and obtain it.
Please, could anybody be so kind of letting me know (wow, how did I
wrote so?) all the information about this book? I mean: complete title,
author, number of pages, aproximate price, publisher, year and place of
publishing, ISBN, etc.
