Jim,

It's fine if you want to annouce your newsgroup when you get it going
but please don't drag the discussion list into procedural elements
of usenet newsgroup formation.

I.e. there should be no more mails for voting on this etc., posted
to the discussion list.

If you get your newsgroup authorized you may annouce it again then.

I suppose people interested in discussing this could e-mail
you directly.
