Thank you for your comment; I was hoping to get some useful information to
help me teach students in University here, where I have to deal with a
dearth of materials and lack of resources to obtain them, being a part time
teacher, and encourage the students to appreciate and take up jazz as a
valuable musical resource.
Obviously that does not matter to some.
