The melody note in the second measure [of A] is D natural. The chord is G7.
I do not hear anyone playing a fully altered G7 sound in that measure. A
fully altered G7 would have Db and Eb. The G7 has an Ab [b9].
And you also think that the bridge goes:

I do not have the CD in front of me, so I am going from memory. I'll check
later. But, I remember the second chord of [B] as a Gm7, and the third as
Abmaj7. So the [B]:
|Fm7|Gm7|Abmaj7|A7alt|Ab7sus Ab7|G7b9 * |Cm7|Cm7||
* melody note is D natural again.
