These are close, but as Todd Lowe wrote, the tune is written over the
changes of "It Could happen to You." As written above, the melody for
either tune won't fit. The melody note in m.2 is Eb so the chord has to be
Am7b5. The same for m.4, F natural in melody, Bm7b5. Here are chords that
fit the melody in the concert key of Eb:
