The changes out there are tim's changes and they are fine but maybe
not what you were looking for.

Here is a post I made (there were some other reply's but you'll
have to look back through the digests or hypermail):

A great tune with music by David Raskin and lyrics
by Johnny Mercer.

Some changes I use are:

Am7 Am#7 | D7sus D7 | G C7 | Bm7 Am7 |
Gm7 | C7 | F Bb7 | Am7 Gm7 |
Fm7 | Bb7sus, Bb7 | Eb | Cm7 |
Am7b5 D7 | | Bm7 | E7 |
Am7 Am#7 | D7sus D7 | G C7 | Bm7 Am7 |
Gm7 | C7 | F Bb7 | Am7 Gm7 |
Fm7 Fm7/Eb | Dm7b5 G7,G#dim7 | Am7 | D7 |
Ebm7 Ab7 | Dm7 G7 | C | (Bm7 E7)|

The G#dim7 move between the G7 and Am7 in bars 26 and
27 can also be used in bars 5 and 6 of "prelude to a kiss"
to better connect that subsitution.

There it's Dm7 G7,G#dim7 | Am7 D7 |
