On a completely unrelated (verboten) topic, I've been enjoying the new
Brad Mehldau CD, especially Blackbird and I Didn't Know What Time It Was.
I really like the phrasing on the latter, but until I read the
mini-review of the album in the same issue of Keyboard, I hadn't clicked
that he's playing it in 5/4. So the joke was really on me!
Finally, thanks for the changes to Laura. My wife was named after the
song, so it's about time I learnt it.
