Here are the changes that I've been using. I forget where I
originally got them. Not quite as elaborate as Reed's chart, but
interesting because the chords are generally moving in half-steps
rather than 5ths:
Am7 | Ab7#9 | G6 | G6
Gm7 | Gb7#9 | Fmaj7 | Fmaj7
Fm7 | E7-9 | Ebmaj7 | Cm7
Am7-5 D7-9#11 | D7-5 Cdim | Bm7 | Bb7#11
Am7 | Ab7#9 | G6 | G6
Gm7 | Gb7#9 | Fmaj7 | Fmaj7
Fm7 | Fdim | Em7 | Am7
D7-9#11 | Dm7 G7 | C | (Bm7 E7)
As for the Am#7 in Reed's chart, yes I'm sure he meant A minor with a
major 7. And I believe he intended to imply a descending bass line,
i.e. Am7 Am-maj7/G#.
