Hmmm, how about just thinking about the thing as a rock/blues power
chord except based on the third :-). Of course sans-distortion :-).
In the case of a M7 or m7 it actually IS that form, for the dominant
you just have a 'power tritone' :-) :-). This assumes rootless forms
of course. Does this make sense or help anyone??

I also had a question for Reed... So when this guitarist SAID he
would play 3/7 and didn't, what WAS he playing :-)?
