I'm sure you'd have a good time there. Mark is a good teacher.

I've heard that Jamey's camps are kind of rigid. One teacher I know
described it as "Mein Kampf".

I really liked Bud Shanks Jazz camp. I went there for I think 5 years
in a row. George Cables is there and he's the best living trio player IMHO.
He's a beautiful, very intelligent person and his playing reflects that.
There are alot of piano players and they often will divide the pianists up
in 3 groups, beginning, intermediate and advanced. Even if you don't get
put in Georges class, you can probably insist on it and go anyway. Nobody
is going to stop you unless you stop yourself. Hal Galper will also be
there this year though Hal probably won't be doing any Piano masterclasses.

BTW, Bud's camp has some of my favourite players on all instruments.
Bobby Shew on trumpet, Pete Christlieb on Tenor, John Clayton bass,
Bud Shank on alto, .....
