I noticed that what you want is in "The New Real Book" vol. 2 available
from Sher Publishing.
Unfortunately, I don't like to spend any time posting things that
people can buy at the store. My personal interest in chord sub posts
is that I get to think about the tune again, usually from scratch with
the original sheet music. I've been thinking about this tune again but
havent found the time to do a detailed post.
