I'm not certain I understand exactly what you are asking and I didn't catch
on to what the Xs and bars meant. However, here are two guitar voicings for
B half-diminished == Bm7b5. One is voiced on the inner 4 strings yielding a
more mellow sound that good for most comping, the other has a brighter sound
good for emphasis, fills or melody chord.

The letters are string names, 1st number on each line is the fret (x = mute),
the second number on each line is the finger of the fretting hand: 1= index;
2=middle, 3=ring, 4=little finger.
