The chart came out different in the version I sent than the one I received
back from the list, so it might appear quite confusing to all on the list.
The mixup in layout of the chart was that the ending notes for each scale
degree ended up beneath the listing of the added half-steps, as if RETURN had
been pressed before each ending note. Basically, all ending notes are the
tonic except for the last example of the seventh which ends on the third.
Otherwise the chart is still accurate to what I originally sent.
