Brief thoughts:
F7sus9 is the V7sus of Bb (2 flats). Try thinking F7. Most things you would
play in any ii - V7 situation would sound good (i.e. Cm7 - F7). In this
case the ii7 chord is played over the V7 bass note so that F7sus9 = Cm7/F.
Arppegios and elaborations of the Cm7 and Cm9 chord sound good
(C-Eb-G-Bb-D).
