Seriously?

Well I didnt stop it because I can't take criticism. If I wanted to
do that I would have done it a week ago. I stopped it because
myself and everyone else has had enough .

Running a moderated list is a big pain in the neck. Checking the mail
server 50 times a day is not my idea of a good time. I'd rather be
playing the piano or the guitar or something.

I'd rather not begin a discussion of what kind of music is good and bad.

To me that is akin to discussing CD's and this is not the place for
that. Rec.bluenote or jazz-l or whatever might be a better forum for that.

If we are going to talk about fusion, I'd prefer to discuss typical
chord changes, improvisation approaches, rhythmic ideas, etc.

This is a technical forum for people creating jazz or teaching others too.

Once it becomes non technical we'll have everyone and their brother
joining and posting all kinds of crazy ill thought out stuff and
having the accompanying constant flame wars.

SInce you know alot about fusion, I'd like to see you post some
technical information about fusion.

I'm particularly interested about typical harmony used in fusion.

Keeping the forum technical also reduces the amount of mail because
it can't be just chat.

There is no bias towards one kind of jazz or another. You are not
the only fusion player on this list. We also have some people that
play very avante garde jazz ala Cecil Taylor and Ornette Coleman.
