I may have missed it (I was out of town a couple of times), but did we ever
get to working on Stardust? I think that working on Stardust was offered as
a possible goal at one point. I would vote for that. If I missed it, my
apologies... perhaps we can dig into another tune?
I have a Yamaha Disclavier (acoustic piano with midi added on) and am self
guiding my way in jazz studies. I am currently working on Polka Dots and
Moonbeams and will share what I have if there is any interest. (I am working
on the quartal voicings and lots of subs and injection stuff)
I would be delighted if we decide to work on a standard. (How about: Laura,
Body and Soul, Teach me Tonight, I Remember Clifford, etc.)
