Hmmm... I've never heard of Jack Peterson.

Did Jack record at all??

I don't remember ever discussing with Mick who he studied with but I
thought it was Bill Leavitt. Bill wrote all the guitar books used
at Berklee and his books actually have a pretty decent description
of jazz theory.

I only remember him talking about Herb Pomeroy's arranging
class. Apparently Herb doubt the upper division arranging course
and I've heard a number of players credit Herb .
