Joey,

The original sheet music is in the book
"Jazz Showstoppers" by CPP Belwin which is a nice book
of sheet music for common jazz tunes (sheet music changes though
so don't expect anything but the original sheet music).

Music by Jimmy Van Huesen and Lyrics by Johnny Burke.

Originally the song was in G. I think it is played in F usually.

I can give you some basic changes that I use.

Anyway in G you can try:

G | Bm7b5 E7 | Am7 | C#m7b5 F#7 |
G | C | Bm7 | E7sus E7 |
Am7 | F7 | G | F#m7b5 B7 |
Em7 | A7 | Am7 | D7sus D7 |
G | Bm7b5 E7 | Am7 | C#m7b5 F#7 |
G | C | Bm7 | E7sus E7 |
Am7 | F7 | G | Bm7 E7 |
Am7 | D7sus D7 | G | |
