I don't know any other changes off the top of my head.

I'm sure if I worked on it I would come up with some others
but I don't have time right now to do a full post on that
tune.

One more I thought of was, at the end, the C7 chord can
but used . (Even at other places with the |G | Bm7b5 E7 |
depending on taste.
