these and many other basic questions may be answered in a music dictionary
or book. It can be interesting to see the different ways they say it...

Major [1.3.5.]: Maj, M, /_| [triangle]

Minor [1 b3 5] Mi, m, -

Minor with a major 7th

Augmented [1, 3, +5]: Aug, +, +5

Diminished: [1, b3, b5]: dim, o [little circle]

Dominant 7th: 7

Major 7th: Maj. 7th, M7, /_\7

Minor 7th: mi. 7th, m7th

Minor 7 b5: half diminished, [also circle with line thru it]

minor 7th #5: mi7#5, mi7+5
