Dan,

I have some basic changes I can give you for the tune.
This isnt a tune I've worked on so these are just
functionally decent changes.

Yes, Charles Chaplan wrote the music for the tune and
lyrics are by Turner and Parsons. I don't know if it's
the same Charlie Chaplin from the movies. He also wrote
the tune "Eternally".

BTW, for those interesting in practicing block chords, this
song has alot of possibilities, especially for practicing
diminished passing chords when doing block chords.

It's a 34 bar tune in the key of F:

F6 | | Fdim7 | |
F6 | Abdim7 | Gmi7 | D7 |
Gmi7 | D7 | Bbmi7 | Eb7 |
F A7 | D7 Dmi7,G7 | Gmi7 | C7 |
F6 | | Fdim7 | |
F6 | Abdim7 | Gmi7 | D7 |
Gmi7 | D7 | Bbmi7 | Eb7 |
F A7 | D7 Dmi7,G7 | Gmi7 | C7 |
F6 | |

The Bbmi7/Eb7 sequences can be replace by Gmi7b5/C7 .

Bass players might not like the static F bass note.
I tried some other possibilities quickly for more
interesting bass lines there but they killed the
sound of the song for me.
