Upper structure chords are basically triads over a tritone. So D7usb6 would
be that Bb triad over F# and C. There are 9 available us triads. II, bIII,
#IV, bVI, VI, I-, bII-, bIII-, bIV-. The II, #IV-, #IV, bVI and VI are used
the most. Check out The Jazz Piano book by Mark Levine.
