You may need to unsubscribe or modify your position
in the mailing list from time to time. For example
you may temporarily suspend mail, etc.

The following commands may be sent to the list
server by sending mail to listserver@justjazz.com
and including the command in the body of the mail.
Note the digest command. This setting will cause
you to recieve a digest each day of the mail for
that day. 

subscribe discussion-L <name>	          Subscribe to discussion-L
                                          with the specified User Name,
                                          i.e. john@doe.com

unsubscribe discussion-L	          Un-subscribe to the specified list.
set discussion-L <options>	     Set the options for the specified list.
                             REPRO       Reproduce submitted articles
                             NOREPRO     Don't Reproduce articles
                             ACK         Send short acknowledgment notice
                             MAIL        Receive articles from list
                             NOMAIL      Don't allow mail from list
                             CONCEAL     Conceal presence on list
                             NOCONCEAL   Disable Conceal option
                             DIGEST    - Digest Articles for user.
                             NODIGEST  - 
query discussion-L	Display the currently selected options 
                        for the current user on discussion-L
info commands	        This listing.
info lists	        List available mailing lists on the server
